Orders can only be cancelled before processing. We begin preparing orders quickly, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days before dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination. Please check our shipping policy.
Yes. We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $85 USD. Orders under $85 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $10.99 USD.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number/order number into our tracking page.
Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after dispatch. Contact us if there has been no movement for several business days.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner attached.
Sale items, clearance items, items without hygiene liners, worn or washed swimwear, and damaged items caused after delivery.
Customers are responsible unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Because coverage and cuts vary between designs, please refer to the chart for each product.
If you prefer more coverage, we recommend sizing up. If you like a more fitted look, choose your usual size.
