Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• Your return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, hygiene liners, and original packaging are intact.
• The item shows no signs of wear, makeup, perfume, deodorant, tanning products, washing, or alterations.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear returned without the original hygiene liner or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Clearance or promotional sale items
• Items returned without their original tags or hygiene liner

To initiate a return, please email vayondabikini@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return
• Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Vayonda is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
